Posted on 08/02/2025

Attention, Panthers!

We have several new policies and procedures for the 2025-2026 school year. We appreciate your collaboration in creating a safe and focused learning environment for all of our Panthers!

New Arrival Procedures

New arrival procedures  ⏰ Students are not allowed to be dropped off or enter the building until 8:20am.

🚗 Car riders MUST enter through the gym lobby doors.

Water Bottle Policy

Water bottle policy Starting this school year, we have a new water bottle policy to keep everyone safe and hydrated. Students are ONLY allowed to bring clear, plastic water bottles with screw-on lids that are filled with clear, unflavored water.

*Flavored, non-carbonated drinks (Gatorade, etc.) may be brought only for meals or after school sports, and will only be allowed during those times. Colored/flavored drinks will not be allowed in the hallways or classrooms.

*Students who come to school with prohibited beverages or containers must turn them into the front office and can retrieve them at the end of the day.

Personal Electronic Devices Policy

new personal electronic device policy In order to support a focused learning environment for the 2025-2026 school year, we have adopted the following policy concerning personal electronic devices:

⭐️ Cell phones, smartwatches, earbuds, headphones, iPads, tablets, and similar devices must not be visible or in use during the school day.

⭐️ Students should leave personal devices at home. However, those who bring them must turn them in to their homeroom teacher each morning. Devices will be locked in a secure box and returned at the end of the day.

⭐️ Each student will be assigned a Chromebook for instructional use, making personal devices unnecessary.

⭐️ Lost, stolen, or damaged personal items will not be investigated by the school.

🚨 Violation of the personal electronic device policy will result in the following disciplinary actions:
1st Offense: Warning
2nd Offense: 1 day of In-School Suspension (ISS)
3rd Offense: 3 days of ISS
4th and Subsequent Offenses: 2 days of Out-of-School Suspension (OSS)

*NOTE: Students needing to contact home may use the phones located in the front office. Parents wishing to reach their child should call the school office directly. Students will NOT be allowed to take calls or messages via personal devices or smartwatches during the school day.
