Dear Parents and Guardians,

Your Kindergarten through 9th grade student recently completed the i-Ready Inform Universal Screener in Reading and/or Math. This assessment gives us a clear picture of where your child is doing well and where they may need extra support.

I encourage you to take a few minutes to review your child’s i-Ready scores and Family Report. These results can help you celebrate progress and better understand how to support learning at home.

To view the i-Ready Family Report:

  1. Log in to i-Ready: Have your student log in to their i-Ready account using their district-provided credentials (via ClassLink).

  2. Find the "For Families" Icon: On your student's dashboard, locate and click the "For Families" dropdown menu in the top right corner.

  3. Select "For Families Report": From the dropdown menu, select the option for "For Families Report".

  4. Enter the District Report Code: You will need to enter the specific report code provided by your school or district. The NCS Report Code is: 3PM0M7.

  5. Choose a Language: Select your preferred language for the report (English or Spanish).

  6. Get the Report: Click "Submit" to enter the code, then "Get Report" to view the report.

  7. View, Download, or Print: You can now view the report online, download it, or print it for future reference.
